RETURN POLICY

Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order once the product has been dispatched.

Returns (if applicable)

We accept product returns. Customers have the right to submit a return application within 14 days after receiving the item.
 
To qualify for a return, goods must be unused and kept in their original condition and original packaging. A purchase receipt or proof of purchase is required to finalise your return. Do not ship returned items directly to the manufacturer.
Customers shall be charged shipping cost no more than once (including return shipment); no restocking fees will be levied on customers for eligible returns.
If a return is initiated due to the customer’s personal reasons, the customer shall cover the return shipping cost, which depends on the courier selected.
 
If items arrive damaged or incorrect due to our fault, customers are exempt from all return shipping expenses.

Refunds (if applicable)

After your returned parcel is received and inspected, we will send a confirmation email. You will be further informed whether your refund application is approved or declined. Once approved, the refund will be issued and credited back to your original payment method within 7 working days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received your refund: first double-check your bank account balance.
 
Then contact your card issuer, as refunds may take extra processing time to post. Afterwards reach out to your bank. If the above steps do not resolve the issue, please contact us at support@Mhousea.com.
